Speakers

When transcribing conversations, if the speakers are to be formatted differently from the rest of the text, all speakers should be added at "Speakers". If a paragraph begins with a speaker followed by a colon, it is automatically formatted as set at "Settings" -> "Speaker Settings".

If you click on a speaker at "Speakers", the speaker is automatically inserted in the text.

If at "Settings -> Speaker settings" the check mark is set for "Automatic speaker after Enter", the next speaker is automatically added after a line break. This is particularly helpful for conversations with 2 speakers.

If there are more than 2 speakers, but mainly 2 are talking, it may make sense to leave the "Change speaker" checkmark checked for these two and to uncheck it for all other speakers.
